Mike Moseley and the KTN team are now ‘heads down’ on-boarding the 5 remaining clients (Tideway & Crossrail are of course already live) and the 14 supply chain members. This formalises the process of becoming an i3P member, but also introduces each new i3P member to the Innovation Portal and how it can best be used within each organisation. I myself am working closely with the KTN team on the preparations for the next i3P Forum on 10th January 2017. I have also commenced drafting an i3P Strategic Plan to guide delivery of our future i3P ambitions… This document will be shared with everyone following the January 10th i3P Forum.
Andy Mitchell who will chair the January 10th Forum has been active promoting i3P both with the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and next week with the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA), both of whom are already great supporters of i3P and what we have set out to achieve.
Please continue to make the time in ‘talking with’ i3P by submitting your ideas, sharing your innovations, and more generally in engaging (or starting!) discussions. It is only in doing so that we can establish i3P as the ‘go to place’ for collaborative innovation, and establish the infrastructure sector as the exemplar of best practice collaborative innovation in UK industry.
Over to YOU!!!
