‘e-Mission Possible’ – Tideway Carbon Innovation Challenge

A0407_Innovation Poster_VIS2

Tideway’s Carbon Innovation Challenge is your chance to help us deliver our Legacy Plan commitments whilst supporting the UK Government Infrastructure Carbon Review via implementation of innovative measures that could significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the Tideway project.

Not only good for the planet and our wellbeing, but reducing carbon and improving local air quality has also been proven to save money through increased efficiencies in project delivery.

That is why we are putting our money where our mouth is and offering you the chance to secure up to £100,000 of innovation funding (plus we also welcome match funding from the Alliance) to bring your new ideas of how to reduce our carbon footprint to life.

To submit any big hitting ideas that are going to make a significant impact to Tideway and the construction industry, all you need to do is click ‘tell us your idea’ (in the blue box at the top right of your screen) before Friday 3 November 2017. Entries will be shortlisted by Tideway’s innovation Thinking Group (iTG) ahead of review @ Tideway Innovation Forum X (TIF + industry experts) on 1st December 2017.

For more information, check out The Great Think Yammer, speak to your local innovation champion, environmental sustainability manager, or email innovation@tideway.london

Happy innovating!

    e-Mission Possible closes today (3rd November 2017)!

We have had great support from within Tideway and our i3P community, don’t forget to ‘Tell us your idea’ via the blue box below / above. You have to be in it to win it!

Tideway Innovation and Environmental Sustainability teams will undertake an initial maturity matrix, with those that make the cut invited to innovation Thinking Group (iTG) on 15th November to pitch their proposals to Alliance innovation champions and Alliance environment managers. The shortlist will be voted on and the cream of the crop will be asked to develop a detailed business case for a pitch to TIF X-mas to compete for the upto £100,000 match funded investment opportunity.

    Best of luck!!
