Join Network +for their second Discovery Day and explore how supply chain management can revolutionise the future of UK construction.
This Discovery Day will enable participants to experience, explore, and discuss the relevance of cutting-edge supply chain research at the WMG, University of Warwick. This exciting, interdisciplinary event is the second of four Discovery Days from the Transforming Construction Network Plus (N+).
- Experience the core concepts that underpin supply chain management
- Discuss how improved supply chain integration could boost the UK construction.
- Explore the WMG Battery and Connected Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) demonstrators and understand how new technologies have the potential to transform construction supply chains
- Reflect on new perspectives, develop new collaborations, and co-create new ideas
Administered by UK Research and Innovation, and supported through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, the Transforming Construction Challenge seeks to produce safe, healthy, and efficient buildings by bringing together the construction, manufacturing, energy, social sciences and digital sectors. As part of this programme, the N+ is uniting academic and industrial communities to create a new research and knowledge base, dedicated to address the systemic problems holding back the sector.
