Since the workshop hosted by KTN on 30th April to start to identify the key requirements from members, a document was issued to identify potential suppliers containing a draft list of requirements and minimum viable product for an upgraded portal. The intention was to issue this as a bold ‘wish list’ and then obtain feedback from a range of suppliers with which to finalise a project specification which could then be used as part of the tendering process.
At present we are completing a set of meetings with those suppliers to capture their initial feedback.
