THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA TO DETECT WATER INGRESS

Innovate18 in collaboration with Chief Engineer’s Group and C121 has looked at the possibility of detecting water ingress through the sprayed concrete linings using a thermal imaging camera.  The trial was undertaken at C305 Stepney Green at the eastbound cavern.
