who we are

Born out of the success of Crossrail’s innovation programme, i3P is the industry’s response to the question ‘how do we generate an environment where innovations designed in infrastructure projects become business as usual faster?’

The infrastructure industry delivers an impressive array of projects. Each project can generate significant innovation and learning; however, the fragmented nature of the projects makes it difficult to scale innovations to become business as usual.

i3P brings together infrastructure owners and operators (our Client Members), Tier 1 supply chain contractors and consultants (our Supply Chain Investor Members) and a wider community of SME's, innovators, and academics. Our Clients Members have a substantial portfolio of past, present and future projects. Each spends more than £1 million a day on capital projects.
